Photoshop 101
Welcome to Photoshop 101. This tutorial will walkthrough some basic photoshop such as setting up and getting started with the software. You will also learn about a few tools I enjoy using from cropping, eye dropper, being able to change the background colour and more tools included. Hopefully this tutorial will be easy to follow. Also, hope that you will gain something new from this tutorial. Even if you have used photoshop before maybe there will be an aspect you will have a refresher on! I hope you enjoy this tutorial!

Before seeing all the interesting aspects of Photoshop, thought it would be beneficial to see the journey of where it came from. There were two individuals who were brothers who originally developed Photoshop. The brothers are Thomas and John Knoll and their development happened back in 1987. A year later in 1988, they decided to sell Photoshop. Adobe bought Photoshop from the brothers. Later, Adobe added Photoshop to its creative cloud service. This addition emerged in the year of 2003. Photoshop was then only accessible through a paid cloud service in the year of 2013.
Photoshop is a computer based software. This software can be downloaded online. People like to use Photoshop for editing their photos such as cropping, modifying, and enhancing to make their photos better. Photoshop is also used for creating posters and imagery with awesome text. There are some interesting tools within Photoshop to create some dynamic designs.
